Plans add credits to the account that owns your API key. A successful decision call uses 1 credit. A failed call does not.
OpenAI Decisions API pricing
OpenAI has not announced pricing for its Decisions API. The product is in limited preview as of 2026-09-30; watch the OpenAI platform changelog for the launch.
For context only: GPT-6 Luna list prices are $0.10 per 1M input tokens and $0.50 per 1M output tokens. That is the model's list price, not the Decisions API price.
